Very nice room. Late night room service could have been better. Had to go and get the correct cutlery from reception for our cheese board. Nice location
Stayed as a last minute decision while up on the forest. Polite / helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms and a fantastic breakfast. All set in a stunning building and location.Will definitely use again.
Love the Burley Manor. Last time food was great. This time fabulous. It's a 10 minute drive from home but perfect for a quick break. Look forward to staying again !

My husband and I stayed at Burley Manor with our sight hound Jesse. It was an outstanding quality experience from the moment the call staff Hannah took my call to the moment we left. We arrived tired after a long drive and were met with the very warmest welcome by the very lovely Marilyn. What a wonderful host, she made us feel immediately at home and very genuinely welcome, I felt she was as concerned for our comfort and welfare as a friend would on welcoming us to a home for a special occasion. Marilyn showed us to our room which not only had delicious cookies for us but healthy dog biscuits for our dog! Thank you so much Marilyn!The room was so comfortable and large and luxurious with a view of the gardens and deer, and with steps to the garden it was very easy for us to let our pet out for a run. (Nowhere near the deer)! The room servicing staff do a great job!Our next treat was a spa treatment each by the incredible treatment team. I had the absolute pleasure of being treated by Jasmine and my husband was treated by Adriana. Once again this was a service above and beyond a normal spa, with such warmth and a real genuinely personal touch that is rarely experienced. These two were highly skilled and for me these two also took real personal interest in ensuring we were happy and comfortable. A beautiful hotel, with fine food, stunning setting but above all the personal care taken by these staff made this an excellent experience and lovely holiday!
