Amazing bespoke leather goods give them a visit
Brought a beautiful, expensive owl handbag from here as a birthday treat. Loved it so much but realised when I got it home the main zip was broken.As I live far away, I have tried to communicate with this shop in order to arrange some kind of a discount or them covering the cost of repair and they have never replied.Such a shame, I hate to give negative feedback to smaller shops like this but the fact they never even acknowledged my email and it was a big purchase for me, I am incredibly disheartened and disappointed.
Nice shop with good quality quirky goods. Only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because the staff appeared to be rushing us to leave in readiness to close even though they were still open for another half hour.
